Together with the biggest automobile retailer, we transformed the customer experience from offline and limited online support, to a personalised buying, owning and disposing experience.

We enabled both new cars and used cars purchases online with a stage by stage engagement approach. On the other hand, we kept the door open to offline test drive with sale representative assigned by the platform based on the behaviour and preference of different archetypes. A personalised mobile app was also designed for servicing tracking, trade-in and new purchases to provide an end to end customer experience.
